Mindfulness is the art of being fully present moment by moment, being in touch with our thoughts, emotions, and body sensations.

In today's busy world, most of us have our minds on auto-pilot. That is, we go from one thought to another, instantly reacting to unpleasant circumstances with anger, anxiety, or sadness. When our minds run wild, they control us; we certainly are not in control of our minds.
In my Mindfulness and Manifesting Positive Emotions Workshop, we will learn about how to control our minds and become aware of our current circumstances, responding rather than reacting when difficult events occur in our lives. We will also learn how to hardwire more positive emotions such as happiness, joy, and calmness.
